DIAMONDS IN THE ROUGH is a mentoring program hosted by Chickasha Public Schools Foundation for Chickasha 5th Grade girls.  Lt Governor Jari Askins will speak to the students regarding goals, dreams and careers.  The luncheon also includes Etiquette Expert, Carey Sue Vega who will provide guidance regarding the basics of etiquette and manners.  The guidance will have age appropriate expectations to show students how etiquette and manners are relevant to them in anticipation that they will be more interested in learning the details.  The luncheon is scheduled for Friday, February 5th, 2010 from 10:30 a.m. to Noon at USAO Ballroom.  Women in the community are providing mentoring support by sharing their careers, goals and dreams during the luncheon.  Students will learn about non traditional female careers and be encouraged to achieve their dreams and goals. For more information or additional details or to participate please call the Foundation Office.
